4strat provides organizations with a new way to navigate the future, enabling them to sustainably shape change and disruption. In an interdisciplinary team of futurists, designers, developers, and researchers we offer expert- and data-driven tools and services for strategic foresight.
Our core product is the Foresight Strategy Cockpit, a comprehensive all-in-one solution for managing foresight processes based on real-time data and transparent collaboration across various teams. Our clients include international private sector companies as well as organizations in the public sector.
Your responsibilities

Support in the conceptualization and implementation of new AI features within our core platform, the Foresight Strategy Cockpit

Assist in optimizing our knowledge- and data management systems and in developing our AI model

Participate in model training, evaluation, and improvement, especially focused on enhancing the platform’s capabilities

Support the consulting team with research activities such as market and trend analyses and translate research findings into clear reports and presentations
Your profile

You are studying for a bachelor's or master’s degree in technology foresight, data science, computer science, AI, programming, statistics, or a related field

You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

You are interested in generative AI topics, AI market research, and data analysis

You have good understanding of machine learning principles and models
-
You are familiar with AI concepts, especially related to Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents
-
First experience with knowledge platforms and data management systems and AI-driven tools is a plus
